Our objective was to assess current evidence onusing human amniotic membranes (HAM) in venous ulcer management. However, membrane preparations these not uniform. All controlled trials (n=3) have concluded that there is an improvement healed percentage at end study interventional group when compared group, which statistically significant (p<0.05%). had 60% groups One prospective showed recurrence rate less than 30% a 3-year follow-up examination. couldn't perform meta-analysis due heterogeneity. Conclusion: Current scientific indicates can be promoting forms adjunctive traditional treatment as second-line therapy.
